Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Role Definition:** Manages and owns the inventory record accuracy process for production material at Cast Metal Organization (CMO). **Responsibilities:** + Maintain computerized inventory records and report on inventory levels and activity + Own the Work-in-Process (WIP) and Inventory Record Accuracy (IRA) process for CMO + Perform daily WIP inventory counts + Perform root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies + Supports operations, business resources and supply chain during quarterly inventory counts **Requirements:** + **Accuracy and Attention to Detail:** Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision. + **Data Gathering & Analysis:** Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment. + **Inventory Management - MFG:** Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods. + **Supply Chain Management - MFG:** Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management; ability to develop and use, strategies, practices and tools for controlling the logistical processes. **Top Candidates will also have:** + Degree or equivalent experience required + MfgPro or other ERP system experience + Advanced MS Excel skills + APICS Certification + Previous inventory analyst experience in a manufacturing environment **Additional Information:** + 1st shift days/hours are 6AM-3PM. Weekend work (quarterly or depending on business needs) will be required. + This is an on-site position in Mapleton, IL. **Summary Pay Range:** $72,360.00 - $108,540.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
