**Job Description**
As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing inventory levels and product demand to determine appropriate stock levels. You will develop and maintain inventory reports and dashboards, forecast inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts, and identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes of stock issues.
**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment.
+ Monitor and report on key inventory metrics such as turnover rates, stockouts, and carrying costs.
+ Recommend process improvements to optimize inventory management, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes.
+ Ensure data accuracy in inventory management systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous Inventory Analyst experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
+ Experience with ERP systems, inventory control, data entry, supply chain, computer skills, RF scanners, and warehouse inventory.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
