**Job Title: Inventory Administrator**
Job Description
Join our dynamic team and ensure our maintenance department has all the necessary parts and pieces for efficient operations. You will be responsible for managing inventory through meticulous recording and tracking of materials as they arrive or are utilized. Ideal candidates will bring experience in inventory counting, order tracking, and invoice filing. Proficiency with Ariba is a plus but not required, as long as you are computer-savvy and familiar with Microsoft Suites.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
+ Track and manage orders to ensure timely delivery.
+ Validate that receivables match the manifest for accuracy.
+ Match parts to purchase orders to ensure correct inventory allocation.
+ Make calls to track down shipments and orders.
+ File invoices accurately and efficiently.
+ Run TMA reports to assess inventory status.
+ Run usage reports to monitor inventory consumption.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in inventory management and data entry.
+ Proficiency in inventory control and purchasing.
+ Skilled in cycle counts and cycle counting processes.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and order processing.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with Ariba is a huge plus.
+ Familiarity with Web TMA for inventory is beneficial but not required.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, Connecticut.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
