Inventory 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Shift Lead to oversee and coordinate our inventory operations during 2nd shift, Monday - Friday. The ideal candidate will ensure inventory accuracy, lead and train team members, troubleshoot discrepancies, and uphold compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, track stock movements, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory levels.

Team Leadership: Direct, train, and assist inventory personnel, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.

System Utilization: Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to monitor inventory levels, generate reports, and update records.

Process Improvement: Monitor and enhance inventory handling processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Verify received and stored inventory, ensure proper product labeling, and inspect for damages or discrepancies.

Equipment Oversight: Ensure proper use of inventory equipment (e.g., scanners, forklifts), enforce safety regulations, and maintain cleanliness in work areas.

Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and troubleshoot inventory variances, collaborating with warehouse and operations teams for solutions.

Reporting: Complete required inventory reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates to management.

End-of-Shift Duties: Secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping duties, and complete all required paperwork.
