Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Intune Administrator in Waller, TX. This candidate should be able to support, manage, and optimize our enterprise device management environment. This role is responsible for administering Microsoft Intune, ensuring secure and reliable deployment of applications, policies, and updates across all endpoints. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in modern device management, a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystems, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and user‑friendly solutions. In this role, the Intune Administrator oversees the full lifecycle of device management across the organization. Each day involves monitoring device compliance, troubleshooting endpoint issues, and ensuring policies are deployed correctly and consistently. You will configure and maintain Intune profiles, security baselines, conditional access policies, and application deployments while collaborating with security, infrastructure, and help desk teams to resolve escalated issues. You’ll also evaluate new Intune features, recommend improvements, and help drive the organization’s transition toward a fully modern, cloud‑managed endpoint environment. Documentation, reporting, and continuous optimization are core parts of the daily workflow, ensuring the environment remains secure, stable, and aligned with best practices. Skills and Requirements - 5+ hands‑on experience administering Microsoft Intune in a mid‑to‑large enterprise - Strong understanding of Azure AD, Conditional Access, Endpoint Security, and device compliance policies - Experience managing Windows, iOS, and Android devices through Intune - Proficiency with application deployment, configuration profiles, and update rings - Ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues across hardware, OS, and policy layers - Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and security tools - Strong documentation, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment - Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation - Knowledge of Autopilot, Zero‑Touch provisioning, and modern deployment strategies - Background in enterprise security, including Defender for Endpoint or other EDR tools - Exposure to Group Policy migration into cloud‑based management - Certifications such as MD-102, AZ-104, MS-500, or similar - Experience integrating Intune with third‑party security or identity tools
