These roles encompass a variety of responsibilities across different aspects of imaging services. These professionals may be involved in multiple imaging modalities (such as X-ray, MRI, CT, ultrasound), patient care, equipment maintenance. This category requires versatility and cross-functional expertise, ensuring that the imaging department operates efficiently while providing high-quality diagnostic services.
Represents people leaders (hire/fire authority) with majority of time spent overseeing their area of responsibility. Achieve goals through direct and/or indirect reports.
Supervises support level employees. Sets goals and objectives for other employees within the Job Area. Develops solutions to a variety of routine problems, and escalates more complex issues to higher-level managers. Ensures policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited JRC program in appropriate specialty required. Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate specialty preferred.
Experience: 3 years relevant experience
Licensure: Registered in one or more imaging areas i.e. ARRT NMTCB ARDMS or other specialty area such as cardiology (RCIS) as appropriate for specialty. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
The starting base rate for this role is $31.36 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
