The SSC payment intern will be part of the team and will be supporting in the managing of payments and treasury activities for all European entities managed by the Shared Service Center, based in Cinisello. 

Within the internship you will:

Payment Cycle Support: Assist the team in preparing payment proposals and uploading payment files to banking portals, ensuring data accuracy under the supervision of senior specialists.Bank Reconciliation Support: Help perform daily matching of bank transactions with accounting entries in the ERP system and highlight any unmatched items for review.Team Collaboration (Payments & MDM): Work with both the Payment and Vendor Master Data teams to help verify vendor banking details and identify missing information needed for successful payments.Helpdesk & Query Handling: Monitor the team’s shared mailbox and assist in answering basic payment status inquiries from suppliers and internal colleagues.Administrative & Closing Support: Support the department with daily administrative tasks (such as archiving bank statements) and assist with basic reporting activities during the month-end close.
