As Intern - CRO Planning & Fulfillment you will work on Service programs to support customer communications, scheduling and parts flow coordination. Under supervision, you will help align customer priorities with shop execution, contribute to on-time delivery and turnaround time (TAT) targets and develop skills in demand planning, inventory and cross-functional collaboration

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

Attend daily production control meetings (safety, quality, delivery and costs)

Keep up with constant communications with shop on material requirements related to inputs and part conditions

Join formal and informal customer touchpoints to capture and clarify requirements

Assist in monitoring processes from customer requirement through delivery to support TAT targets

Help transfering customer’s priorities to the shop

Track supplier deliveries and support expediting/escalation with the Sourcing/Logistics team

Analyze performance gap with Problem solving approach

Provide status reports as required and recovery plan

Help manage work stoppage and excusable delay with Program manager

Provide monthly KPI analysis

Assure consistency between production plan and need date, being accountable for material coverage

Learn how to release Requests for Order, PPO schedule and child orders according to production needs

Monitor material delivery and expedite deliveries whenever required

Qualifications/Requirements

Master’s Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering  

Good Knowledge of Office tools

Respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn

Quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed

Strong oral and written communication - must be able to deliver clear and concise messages

Fluent Italian and English

Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

Desired Characteristics

Knowledge on material planning, master scheduling, and shop floor control

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

Proven analytical and organizational ability

Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and resolve challenges simultaneously

Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset

Previous experience in a manufacturing and operations environment
