Job Title: International Shipping PMJob Description

As an International Shipping PM, you will play a crucial role in the shipment and receiving of materials, supplies, and equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will prepare goods for shipment, maintain records of goods shipped, and ensure accuracy in shipping documents and bills of lading. Your role will require you to compare identifying information on outgoing shipments against various documents and manage shipping records. You may also operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.

ResponsibilitiesVerify shipments for accuracy.Prepare domestic and international shipping documents.Schedule pick-ups with freight companies.Package all shipments.Perform inventory control, material handling, cycle counts, and inventory management.Engage in warehouse packing, shipping, and receiving, including international shipping.Operate warehouse equipment such as computers and forklifts.Essential SkillsHigh school education or equivalent.At least 3 years of shipping experience in the high-tech field.Experience in international shipping and carnet procedures.Proficiency in data entry.Familiarity with electrostatic sensitive procedures (ESD).Self-motivated, people-oriented, responsible, organized, and multi-tasking.Accuracy and attention to detail.Experience with Excel and Adobe for editing and creating custom documents.Additional Skills & QualificationsPhysical ability to lift, carry, stand, pull, and sit for long periods.Ability to carry 20+ lbs.Computer usage including typing and keying.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.50 - $26.00/hr.
