As a Project Manager within JPMorganChase's International Private Banking team, you will gain in-depth knowledge of operational flows and contribute to a growing international business in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will work closely with internal partners, including Client Service, Advisors, Operations, Technology, Product, Business Management, Legal, Risk, and Compliance, to drive strategic solutions and initiatives. Your primary role is to contribute to a high-profile re-platforming program for our International Private Bank.
Job responsibilitiesLead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects, utilizing your expertise in project management and strategic thinking to deliver results across various business units.Oversee the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy, effective risk mitigation, and timely delivery of commitments.Utilize data analytics to monitor program progress, make informed decisions, and direct necessary adjustments to ensure the successful delivery of program commitments.Build, lead, and manage diverse teams, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth, and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient and effective achievement of objectives.Engage with senior management and stakeholders, providing regular updates on program progress, and collaborating to resolve any arising issues.Coordinate with Operations, Middle Office, Finance, Technology, and Senior Management to build business requirements, procedures, and processes, including project plan development and resource management.Conduct data analysis and synthesis to translate into empirical solutions that optimize project reporting.Collaborate with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications.Conduct project planning and analysis, including creating detailed project plans and documenting business requirements.Facilitate project meetings, create presentation materials, and provide reporting/metrics as required.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExtensive knowledge of project methodologies, including the Product Framework and Agile framework, and experience in a design-led change organization.Proven track record in implementing or integrating a core banking system, whether internally developed or from a third-party vendor.Knowledge of client operations in Wealth Management, including Client Onboarding, KYC & Screening, and Account Maintenance.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with different stakeholder groups and senior management.Strategic thinking with the ability to implement large projects across multiple legal entities worldwide.Work with business partners to design, introduce, or re-engineer existing processes and business applications.Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret models, make inferences from data, and provide continuous insight for program execution.Proven experience in conflict management, with the ability to identify conflicts, facilitate discussions, and create win-win solutions using collaboration or negotiation strategies.Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to effectively use technology to perform tasks, solve problems, and communicate in a professional setting.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.Minimum 7 years of project management experience, with proven ability to lead and manage complex programs or projects, delivering results across various business units.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in client onboarding / client operations is a plus.Experience working in the banking industry.Integrate artificial intelligence solutions to enhance project outcomes and drive data-driven decision-making.Implement automation to streamline project workflows and increase operational efficiency.Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging creative problem-solving and the adoption of new technologies.
