Job Description:
The Archetype Marketing Sr Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the international launch and optimization of customer archetype strategies. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform go-to-market (GTM) plans, measuring campaign effectiveness, and uncovering actionable insights that drive customer engagement and business growth. The Analyst partners closely with the Archetype Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across archetype initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Insight Generation
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance across archetypes.Develop dashboards and reports that track KPIs such as engagement, conversion, sales velocity, and ROI.Identify patterns and opportunities within archetype segments to inform strategy refinement.Support the creation of archetype profiles using quantitative and qualitative data.2. Campaign Performance Measurement
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of archetype-specific marketing projects.Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to optimize messaging, channels, and bundles.Provide recommendations for improving campaign targeting and execution based on performance data.3. Customer Research & Segmentation
Assist in conducting surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather customer insights.Segment customers based on behavioral, demographic, and psychographic data to refine archetype definitions.Maintain and update archetype databases with new insights and feedback.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align data insights with business goals.Support the development of enablement materials by providing data-backed input on archetype needs.Help identify systemic barriers to onboarding and provide documentation for resolution.5. Reporting & Visualization
Build and maintain visual dashboards in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or DRIVE.Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling format.Qualifications
Required
Must be located in the same geographical location as the job or willing to self-relocate to the area.Must have a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, or be a current employee with a minimum of three years of UPS experience2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or business intelligencePreferred
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI).Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer segmentation, and GTM strategies.Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into action.Prior UPS Sales experienceProject Management experienceSuccess Metrics
