If so, we invite you to join the CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions team as our International Management Assistant (Minimum 30 hours) at our Madrid office, starting immediately. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of three of our offices, ensuring a productive and positive atmosphere for our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our investment accounting and reporting professionals, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. **Responsibilities:** You will be the go-to person for all things office-related, ensuring our workspace is a well-oiled machine. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to: **Operational Excellence:** + : Ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team. + Maintaining adequate stock of stationery, equipment, and other necessary supplies, and coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure everything is functioning optimally. + Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related tasks, ensuring a comfortable and functional workspace. + Proactively suggesting and implementing changes to office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity, always looking for ways to improve our operations. **Administrative & Financial Acumen:** + Tracking spending, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports, contributing to the financial health of the team. + Organizing and managing both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring data accuracy and easy accessibility. + Negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers, ensuring we receive the best value.
