Internal Systems Engineer (Central Reach) - for Autism (ABA) Services Provider
Highlights Healthcare is seeking an experienced Internal Systems Manager to join our corporate support team. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing the use of the Central Reach platform within our organization. Central Reach is a specialized software platform designed for healthcare and therapy management, particularly in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and related fields. System Administration -Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the Central Reach platform. - Customize settings and configurations to align with organizational requirements. - Ensure data integrity and security protocols are followed. 2. Training and Support: - Conduct training sessions for staff on effective use of the platform. - Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries. - Develop and maintain training materials and resources. 3. Workflow Optimization: - Collaborate with different departments to understand their workflows and optimize processes within Central Reach. - Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements. 4. Data Management and Reporting: - Oversee data entry, validation, and quality assurance processes. - Generate reports and analytics from Central Reach data to support decision-making. 5. Platform Evaluation and Integration: - Stay updated on new features and updates from Central Reach. - Evaluate potential integrations with other systems to enhance functionality and interoperability QUALIFICATIONS + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. + Proven experience as a system administrator or similar role, preferably with Central Reach or similar healthcare/therapy management platforms. + Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and supporting users. + Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports. + Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and security. + Excellent time management and high productivity + Ability to work with confidential information + Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools Highlights Healthcare, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and considers all qualified applicants equally without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or Health insurance.
