Responsibilities:
1. Customer & Sales Support
Serve as the primary internal point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare quotes, pricing, and sales documentation
Support field sales representatives with account management and order follow-up
Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product inquiries, availability, and order status
2. Events & Marketing Support
Coordinate tradeshows, sponsorships, travel, booth logistics, and post-event reporting
Assist with producer and veterinary meetings, including invitations, venues, and promotional materials
Maintain and update marketing materials, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and technical correctness
Provide cross-functional support for marketing initiatives and product launches
3. Literature Portal & Company Store Management
Maintain and update the literature portal and company-branded store
Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and procurement with internal teams and external partners
4. Expense Management & Administrative Support
Oversee expense reporting and policy compliance (e.g., Expensify)
Provide daily administrative support, including order coordination, vendor liaison, and record keeping
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Submit monthly reports on sales, events, veterinary support, portal/store usage, expenses, inventory, and vendor performance
6. Relationship Building & Conferences
Build relationships with veterinary and dairy associations
Identify and coordinate conference participation, CE sessions, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
Represent company?s brand and products at industry events
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience in animal health, diagnostics, life sciences, or agricultural industries
Familiarity with inventory management, online portals, and e-commerce platforms
Experience with branding, packaging, and regulatory review processes
Education:
Bachelors

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in internal sales, sales support, or marketing operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Experience coordinating tradeshows, conferences, or industry events
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, logistics, finance, regulatory, and external vendors
Occasional travel for conferences and industry events
