Internal Controls Consultant - Remote but local to Boston, MA

Our client, a company within the medical technology sector, is seeking a contract Internal Controls Consultant to assist with their controls testing and documentation in preparation for their 10-K filing.

Responsibilities

Review existing internal controls testing and documentationPerform control testing for the last two quartersIdentify gaps or improvement opportunities in current processesUpdate control documentation as neededConduct interviews with team members to verify controls are being followed

Qualifications
