Skills You Bring: + 5+ years of experience in internal communications, manufacturing communications, employee engagement, or a related field. You understand how to communicate in environments where most employees aren’t at a computer. + Bachelor’s degree required (Communications, Journalism, PR, Business, or a related field preferred) or equivalent, relevant experience. + Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex operational or technical information into messages that are clear, human, and meaningful. (Writing samples will be requested.) + Hands-on experience with digital communication tools, including digital signage, intranet platforms, newsletters, and live or recorded town halls. + Comfort and credibility working inside manufacturing environments—you’re as comfortable on the plant floor as you are in a meeting room. + Strong relationship-building skills, especially with operations leaders, supervisors, shift teams, and support functions. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing multiple priorities with calm, clarity, and organization. + A strategic yet practical thinker, able to see the big picture while rolling up your sleeves to execute the details. + Creative problem solver, always looking for new, simple, and effective ways to reach and engage manufacturing employees.
