Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of internal audits, which may include assignments on technology, finance, operational, and compliance risk areasWork with team members to identify potential control gaps, process improvement opportunities, and risks requiring further actionDevelop strong relationships with various business stakeholders in our local businesses and world headquartersSupport audit planning and administration activities, including understanding end-to-end business processes, risks, and controlsBring your skills using emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, and brainstorm with the team to operationalize ideas that improve audit quality and efficiencyAssist in the execution of internal audits, which may include assignments on technology, finance, operational, and compliance risk areas.Support special projects, research, and ad hoc research as assigned

To be Successful, you’ll need the following:

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, IT, Information Systems, or a related fieldStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentUphold confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions

Preferred qualifications

Interest in Otis’ business and our stakeholdersAbility to understand business processes and identify risks and controlsKnowledge of internal audit principles and practicesFamiliarity with risk management and compliance frameworksExperience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel pivot tables, basic SQL) is a plus

Salary Range:

The hourly range for this role is $25-26/hr.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.  Pay within the range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
