Internal Account Manager
**Position:** Internal Account Manager **Job Description:** **About Us** Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, is a global leader in the distribution and value-added services of electronic components. Our success is built on trusted, long-term relationships with industry-leading suppliers and customers. **What You Will Do** + Independently manage end-to-end customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact + Deliver exceptional customer service while proactively driving sales within an assigned customer base + Maximize margins, increase market share, and drive growth with key suppliers + Leverage internal and external resources to support sales and customer success + Handle quoting, order processing, demand fulfillment, and ensure on-time delivery + Troubleshoot issues and provide effective, timely solutions for customers + Serve as a key liaison between suppliers and customers to build long-term business partnerships + Collaborate with Arrow Account Managers on selected key accounts **Who We’re Looking For** + A strong commercial mindset with a focus on delivering results + Commitment to customer service excellence and building trust-based relationships + Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively + Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment + Effective time management skills and experience working with sales tools and internal systems + Fluency in English (written and spoken) **A few more skills you also know (or want to learn)** + Self-motivated with a proactive, ownership-driven approach + Willingness to learn product benefits and key technical concepts + Outgoing self-starter with a strong team-oriented mindset + Ability to adapt communication style to different customers and business situations + Numerate and comfortable using digital tools for planning, forecasting, and reporting **What We Offer** + Competitive compensation package consisting of base salary and variable pay + Benefits including People Points, Tastecards, Canada Life – LifeWorks, Ride2Work, and Gymflex + Fully remote working model + 25 days of annual leave + A reliable, trust-based work environment + A collaborative team with flat structures and open communication + Ongoing professional and personal development opportunities Do you see yourself as our future colleague?
