As an intern in the Frankfurt office, you will support client coverage teams working across MSCI’s product lines, with a primary focus on Sustainability and Climate solutions as well as Index solutions for passive investments.

You will work closely with sales and relationship managers and collaborate with internal teams across research, product, and operations, gaining exposure to the full sales and client relationship management lifecycle.

Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupport sales and client coverage teams in day-to-day client relationship managementAssist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and pitch materialsHelp coordinate client meetings, including preparation, follow-ups, and internal documentationRespond to client inquiries and support ad-hoc analyses related to index and investment solutionsConduct market, client, and competitor research to support sales and coverage initiativesMaintain and update CRM systems, client reports, and internal tracking toolsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality client deliverablesYour skills and experience that will help you excelCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in sales, client relationship management, and financial markets, particularly index-based and passive investment solutionsBasic understanding of financial markets and the investment processStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasksStrong analytical and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantageFluent written and spoken German and English are requiredAbout MSCI
