You will become part of Cushman & Wakefield's EMEA Strategic Advisory & Hospitality Research department, supporting the team in various areas of the hotel real estate industry.

Your role will involve supporting research initiatives, assisting with asset management and strategic advisory mandates, and contributing to marketing and visibility strategies across Europe.

Main tasks

As a member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the production of pan-European and market-specific research reports (e.g., C&W Hotel Market Beats, Investor Compass, Operator Beats, Market Spotlights, etc.).Supporting hospitality teams across Europe by enhancing and maintaining databases, conducting analyses, and creating reports.Contributing to the delivery of hotel asset management services for clients, including support in preparing performance analysis reports, assisting with budgeting, and participating in client calls.Support in ad-hoc Strategic Advisory projects, such as ESG advisory and buy-side due diligence.Helping to coordinate marketing and PR efforts to enhance the hospitality team's visibility (e.g., through LinkedIn, HospitalityNet, and relevant publications).

Skills/Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

Solid understanding of the hospitality industry (market dynamics, major brands, hotel KPIs and P&L statements).Advanced computer skills, with strong proficiency in Excel (modeling skills is a plus).Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise, and insightful reports.Detail-oriented, with a meticulous and organized approach to managing tasks and delivering results.Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.Fluency in English: Both written and verbal communication.
