Join us as our new PMO Intern and gain hands‑on experience supporting IT/OT initiatives that help shape the future of Novo Nordisk’s manufacturing capabilities.

 

Your new role:

As our PMO Intern, you will support a wide range of project management activities for IT/OT projects related to new assembly and packaging lines. You will take part in planning, coordination, documentation, and progress follow‑up while working closely with experienced project managers and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the planning and execution of IT/OT activities for new production lines Supporting the definition of project objectives, deliverables, and timelines Tracking project progress and monitoring key performance indicators Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as status reports and meeting minutes Facilitating communication and alignment across stakeholders Contributing to resource and budget tracking Participating in project meetings and sharing ideas for continuous improvement.

 

Your new department:

You will join the GILFOT (Global Intralogistics & Future Operational Technologies) area, a technical hub supporting automation and operational technology across Novo Nordisk’s expanding production network. Here, we play a central role in strengthening intralogistics and OT solutions for new manufacturing lines. As part of our PMO, you will become involved in capital expenditure projects that enable efficient, reliable, and future‑ready production processes.

 

Your skills and qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you are:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field Structured, organized, and detail‑oriented A strong communicator with solid verbal and written English skills A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools Familiar with project management methodologies (an advantage, not a requirement)
