Our team is seeking a Marketing Governance & Risk Intern. This intern will support the Marketing Team in ensuring team practices adhere to regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. This role offers hands-on experience in monitoring, policy review, risk management programs, and targeted projects within a marketing context. The intern will collaborate with marketing and compliance professionals to help maintain regulatory excellence and operational integrity. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Assist in reviewing and updating marketing standards and practices. Support monitoring activities, including validation checks and metrics reporting and documentation. Conduct research on adherence with marketing regulations and summarize findings for the team. Help prepare and execute on various marketing projects, campaigns, and risk programs,  Assist in developing and updating materials and internal communications. May support preparation for audits, examinations, and risk reviews by gathering documentation. Participate in meetings to observe compliance and risk processes and contribute to project support. 

Qualifications 

Junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, ideally in marketing, business administration, communications, public policy/Public Administration, or a related field. Interest in marketing or banking compliance, governance, and regulatory standards. Experience with compliance, audit, risk management, financial services, banking operations, or other related area a plus Basic understanding of marketing principles and/or compliance concepts preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
