**Intern – Marketing Business Analyst**

**ZiFi** is a new digital‑only small business bank within Zions Bancorporation. Our team functions as a startup within the organization with the objective to build a transformative bank from the ground up. The ZiFi team is working to build a bank that expands beyond traditional banking services while still providing customers with access to real and consistent people for support and advice. This is your opportunity to be on the front line of this entrepreneurial project.
**Responsibilities**
+ Research, design, and create digital content for social media, digital media, print, and other relevant platforms
+ Drive effective communications plans that bring actions, decisions, resolution, and completion of project tasks on time
+ Collect and summarize program data from systems, reports, and other information sources
+ Analyze project data and make recommendations for improvement
+ Develop and distribute project reports to partners and stakeholders based on program data
+ Project manage assigned work packages to successful outcomes, including mitigation and avoidance practices for project risk and issues management
**Qualifications**
+ Must be working toward a Bachelor's (upper‑division courses) or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication & Media, Business, Strategy, or related field
+ Understanding of marketing strategies and a creative mind to help create and execute social media objectives
+ Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads is a plus
+ Experience/education with social media campaigns helpful
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
+ Ability to work and contribute to a collaborative team environment
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High level of proficiency using Microsoft Office
+ Experience in implementing processes or process improvements
