**Office Location :** CBRE KL BSO, Bangsar South
**About the Role:**
As an Intern under Finance team, you will apply basic cash and accrual accounting fundamentals to prepare, evaluate, maintain, and deliver complete and accurate financial reports for a portfolio of clients and properties.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Responsible to support the functions of Accounts Payable – Invoice processing, staff claims, Vendor Creation in the ERP level.
+ Ensure payment transactions are properly recorded into ERP system.
+ Reconciliation of vendor statement against ERP vendor account.
+ Complete the monthly closing in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Ensure compliance of APAC BSO processes and procedures.
+ Replying any queries to respective site or Country Finance within 3 working days.
+ Establish and maintaining e-filing system for correspondence and documents.
+ Preparation of other ad-hoc analysis and on-going treasury support task assigned from the Team Leader.
+ Embraced continuous improvement processing, possess an open and positive mindset in adapting changes
+ Peer review on posting report to ensure the accuracy of data processed.
+ Monthly Reporting-Complete monthly reconciliation and monthly exception report.
+ Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbane-Oxley (SOX) requirements, APAC BSO processes and procedures.
+ Ensure balance sheet account reconciliations completed within the agreed timeline and in compliance with group accounting policy.
+ Working collaboratively with other team within KL BSO and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy processed into the system.
+ Any other scopes/tasks which may assign by the Manager.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Minimum Degree in any study background but preferably in Business/Finance/Accounting.
+ Must be able to speak, read and write in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3)
+ Organized, Tactful, Dependable, Analytical & Meticulous.
+ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team.
+ Computer literate, preferably with Excel knowledge.
