We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Culinary Summer Intern to join our Food & Beverage team. This internship provides hands-on experience in a high-volume, live-event culinary environment and exposure to multiple aspects of food service operations.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Culinary Leadership with day-to-day kitchen operations and food preparationSupport food production for events, concessions, catering, and premium servicesLearn and follow proper food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standardsAssist with inventory organization, labeling, and stock rotationObserve and participate in event-day culinary execution and service flowCollaborate with culinary and F&B team members to support operational needsAttend pre-event meetings and assist with post-event breakdown and evaluationLearn industry-specific kitchen equipment, tools, and operational proceduresParticipate in training sessions to enhance culinary and hospitality skillsProvide general support to the Culinary and Food & Beverage teams as assignedESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
