What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

Stir Up Smarter Processes:

Learn the fundamentals of Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving methodologies Support CI projects that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve production flow Participate in kaizen events and identify opportunities for improvement on the plant floor Assist with time studies, process mapping, and data collection

Feed Your Appetite for Learning:

Introduction to Continuous Improvement tools (5S, root‑cause analysis, visual management, etc.) Training on safety and quality systems Exposure to operational performance metrics and reporting Work side‑by‑side with CI specialists, supervisors, and cross‑functional teams
