For both new construction and renovation projects, we offer design-build/design-assist, value engineering, and CAD services, working with biotech, healthcare, commercial, transportation, and technology companies, as well as many government agencies. **Job Summary** The Intern administratively supports the Project Administrative Assistant, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents and Foreman. The ideal candidate will be assigned to assist the Project Administrative Assistant with administrative support. The candidate must be able to learn job site required processes, have ability to multi-task. Must work well as a team with other Administrative Assistants and under pressure. **Essential Duties & Responsibilities** + Drawing sets and getting exposed to different trades, details, schedules, etc. + Reaching out to vendors and subcontractors for quote requests + Writing and submitting RFI’s + Scope sheet formulation + Accubid software and bid compilation + Cost code budgets and tracking + Field/office/customer correspondence + Change Order take off and preparation + Contract review + General problem solving + Prefab workshop + Using Revit for 3D modeling & coordination + 3D model clash detection with Navisworks Manage + Using Total Station, X7 Laser Scanners, and project sync/BIM clash meetings for project completion **Salary Range:** $15-$20 per hour \#dyndc \#LI-dyndc \#LI-HVACjobs \#LI-Onsite **Qualifications** + Good verbal and written communication + Ability to follow instructions + Willingness to learn new skills + Be a team player **Physical Demands** This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. **Work Environment** While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
