Buscamos un Pasante para unirse a nuestro equipo de Ventas.

Con base en Mataderos, Buenos Aires reportando al Gerente de Ventas, participará diariamente en actividades técnicas y administrativas de acuerdo con las políticas, lineamientos, estrategias y legislación establecidas.

Te centrarás en las siguientes actividades:

Crear, programar y dar seguimiento a publicaciones en redes sociales.Redactar textos de comunicación y preparar imágenes respetando las Brand Guidelines.Diseñar y actualizar plantillas de newsletters; preparar contenidos y coordinar envíos.Mantener y segmentar bases de datos para newsletters.Preparar materiales POP para POS y verificar correcta aplicación de marca.Elaborar fichas, presentaciones y materiales comerciales.Mantener un calendario mensual de contenidos.Realizar reportes de campañas, newsletters y acciones en POS.Organizar biblioteca de activos en SharePoint.Búsqueda y organización de información para casos de éxito, notas o materiales técnicos simples.

¿A quién estamos buscando?

Buscamos un estudiante con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:

Comercialización, Marketing o similares.Buen conocimiento del paquete Office (principalmente Excel).El conocimiento y uso de herramientas de Marketing es una ventaja.Inglés avanzado.Buena capacidad de comunicación.Tener iniciativa para mejorar y mitigar los riesgos.Excelente relación interpersonal.Trabajo en equipo, actitud proactiva y práctica.

Team Overview and Job responsibilities 

We are looking for an Intern to join our Sales team.

Based in Mataderos, Buenos Aires reporting to Sales Manager, you will participate daily in technical & administrative activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation.

You will focus on the following activities:

Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts.Write communication copy and prepare images in line with Brand Guidelines.Design and update newsletter templates; prepare content and coordinate mailings.Maintain and segment newsletter databases.Prepare POP materials for points of sale (POS) and ensure correct brand application.Develop fact sheets, presentations, and commercial materials.Maintain a monthly content calendar.Produce reports on campaigns, newsletters, and POS actions.Organize and manage the asset library in SharePoint.Research and organize information for case studies, articles, or simple technical materials.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a student with the following skills and motivations: 

Commercialization, Marketing or similar.Good knowledge in Office pack (mainly Excel).Knowledge and use of Marketing tools is a plus.Advanced English.Good communication skills.Have initiative to improve and mitigate risks.Excellent interpersonal relationship.Teamwork, proactive and hands-on attitude.
