Your Responsibilities

Conducting market and location analysesAssisting in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation methods and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for domestic and international clientsSupporting the organization and execution of property inspections across Germany and preparing subsequent reportsMaintaining information databases and regularly assisting in the preparation of pitch presentations and proposalsAssisting in the creation of valuation reports in both German and EnglishRegular communication with team members

Your Profile

Interest in the real estate industryEnthusiasm for working with Excel and an affinity for numbers and financial topicsExcellent German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantageStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsSelf-reliant and structured working styleStrong communication and teamwork skills
