As a Brokerage Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting a high-performing real estate brokerage team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct research on local real estate markets, trends, and property data
Support brokers in preparing client deliverables, proposals, and presentations
Assist with data entry, database management, and CRM updates
Participate in property tours, meetings, and calls with clients and stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, research, analytics) to support business development
Monitor leasing and sales activity in the market
Shadow brokers and gain exposure to client service strategies and deal processes
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Strong interest in commercial real estate
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools
Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
