Job description:

To undertake valuation assignments as part of a teamValuation will include and will not be limited to valuation of assets, especially for residential & real estate property as and when requiredInspecting sites/ buildings and reviewing building information.Conduct market research of all Valuation assignments across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation purposesSupport in writing valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisoryBuild up the internal database on Viet Nam economic indicator and Real Estate market situation
