As a Par Health Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to meaningful projects that align with your field of study. This program allows you to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world corporate setting while building valuable connections through networking opportunities across the organization. Summary of Position Par Health is seeking a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a summer intern within the Solid Oral Dosage Forms R&D Department. The position is a typical laboratory and office environment, with a requirement for on-site presence five days a week. The successful candidate will support the proposed research activities, by reviewing relevant research articles, development of experimental plans, conducting experiments, working with the analytical team, analyzing data, and presenting the results to our research group. As a Par Health intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from a team dedicated to your growth and success. Throughout your internship, you will contribute to impactful projects and work alongside a supportive team. By working in an environment characterized by respect and accountability, you will also build valuable professional connections. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** + Support formulation team in literature search and review scientific articles. + Support formulation development process by executing wet laboratory experiments under the guidance of a mentor or senior laboratory member. + Acquire skills in collecting and recording data, both manual and computer- generated, in accordance with protocols, and SOPs. + Analyze and interpret data generated from testing and characterization to create summary reports. + Learn and adhere to safety protocols for handling materials. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Minimum Requirements** Enrolled in undergraduate or graduate degree program related to (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Sciences, Biology, Biological Science) + Proficiency in basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills, ablet to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. + Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn **Relationship with Others/Scope of Position** This position reports to the Director of formulation and will be supported by a formulation scientist.
