Intern, Wire Bond Assembly Engineer Job Description + Participate in wire bond equipment performance improvement projects (OEE). + Assist engineers in monitoring machine performance, capacity analysis, and improvement activities. + Support machine or product evaluation and qualification activities. + Assist in machine verification and product quality checks under engineer guidance. + Support process optimization activities, including: + Assisting in Design of Experiments (DOE) + Wire bond validation and assessment + Data collection, basic analysis, and report preparation + Learn and gain hands-on technical knowledge on assigned equipment/tools. + Work closely with engineers, operators, and technicians to understand manufacturing processes.
