As our industry continues to evolve, and we serve more customers around the world, it’s our people who drive our success as a leading global dairy processor.  In the role of production supervisor, we are looking for individuals that will help execute the day-to-day operational objectives of the facility alongside their respective teams. Production conformance, team development, strategic planning, quality assurance and health and safety are the primary focus. The candidate will go through extensive on-site training with various supervisors and will be given the responsibility to replace vacations during their internship period, so we are looking for someone with availability nights and weekends.

You will be required to work either a day or night schedule during fixed periods over the summer, following a 3-2-2-3 shift pattern with 12-hour shifts.

The Internship Program will begin on May 11th and end August 14th, 2026.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...  

Support Line Performance & Team Motivation - Help track line efficiencies and production compliance while supporting team motivation and KPI targets.Assist with Key Supervisory Administrative Tasks - Contribute to shift reports, incident documentation, employee check-ins, and time approvals.Participate in Daily Operations Meetings - Join daily huddles with peers and management to share results, flag issues, and support continuous improvement.

YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU... 

Currently enrolled in a program related to Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.Ideal for candidates aspiring to gain hands‑on operational and leadership experience prior to pursuing an MBA program.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively on the production floor.Bilingual (English/French), both spoken and written — you will interact with partners across Canada.Solid organizational and reporting skills, with attention to detail.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment.Familiarity with basic production processes, KPIs, or continuous improvement concepts (asset).Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop leadership skills.Ability to work rotating shifts, if required.
