Internship Overview
Are you passionate about the future of e-commerce, live video, and influencer marketing? We are seeking a motivated and curious intern to support our dual-track team. This is a unique, hands-on role where you will gain direct experience in both live production operations and the strategic recruitment of affiliate partners. You will contribute to real client projects, learn from industry professionals, and see the direct impact of your work.
This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build a versatile skill set in digital marketing, project coordination, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Livestream Production Support (20%)
+ Assist in pre-stream logistics: preparing run-of-show documents, coordinating product samples, and managing client assets.
+ Support the live broadcast crew with on-set tasks, including setup, cueing, and monitoring real-time chat/engagement.
+ Conduct post-stream analysis: compile performance metrics (viewership, engagement, sales) and help create client recap reports.
+ Research trends in livestream shopping and propose creative ideas for client campaigns.
2. Affiliate Recruitment & Management Support (80%)
+ Assist in identifying and researching potential affiliate partners and content creators across various social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
+ Help manage our affiliate database, tracking outreach, onboarding status, and contact information.
+ Draft and assist in sending outreach communications to prospective affiliates.
+ Support the team in preparing recruitment kits and performance reports for affiliates.
+ Monitor affiliate-generated content and campaign performance.

Qualifications & Skills We're Looking For
+ Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Media Production, or a related field.
+ A keen interest in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and live video.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
+ A self-starter who is proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and/or Microsoft Office.
Bonus Points:
+ Basic familiarity with live streaming platforms (StreamYard, OBS, etc.) or social media analytics.
+ Personal experience with content creation (e.g., a TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram presence).
+ A curious mind about sales and partnership dynamics.
