Aerotek is hiring a skilled Welder/Fitter for a long‑standing, growing manufacturing company specializing in industrial furnace fabrication. This is a hands‑on role in a traditional job‑shop environment—perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and wants long‑term stability, growth, and steady hours.
What You’ll DoPerform structural plate fitting and steel fabricationRead and interpret blueprints and weld symbolsComplete FLUX CORE welding on plate (2–3 years required)Perform MIG welding and tack weldingUse hand saws, torches, and overhead cranesAssist with pipe fitting and threadingKeep the shop clean and work safely at all timesWhat We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
2–3 years of FLUX CORE welding experience (plate or pipe)Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbolsAbility to tack weld accuratelyStrong attendance record (references required)Nice to Have

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coraopolis, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
