Job Description Insight Global is hiring an intermediate BSA to support a financial institution’s Capital Management Technology program. This person will serve as a hands on subject matter expert who helps design, build, and improve capital management solutions. The role combines analytical and technical skills to turn complex capital management rules into practical, scalable system features. The analyst will manage key data processes and work closely with other BSAs, technical teams, business partners, and POD members in an agile environment. Skills and Requirements 3+ years’ experience translating business rules into technology requirements and maintaining traceability 3+ years handling data integration, testing methodologies, and process documentation 3+ years of experience in capital management technology, treasury systems, or related financial services roles Background working with various financial products and capital management principles Strong experience with SQL database and data analysis across large datasets (queries to understand business processes, validating, mapping, writing queries, creating test data, troubleshooting) Experience authoring user stories and acceptance criteria using JIRA and creating data process flows using Confluence (or Visio, etc.) Proficiency in creating data process flows and maintaining governance artifacts Experience with credit or capital calculation engines Bachelor's degree in finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Familiarity with Axiom for capital reporting We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
