This role focuses on designing and implementing secure, scalable API solutions and contributing to the development of an **AI Gateway** that connects enterprise systems with AI services. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and configure APIs using **Apigee Edge/Hybrid/X** , including proxies, policies, and security settings. + Assist in designing and building an **AI Gateway** that integrates with LLMs, ML models, and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Vertex AI). + Work with AI/ML teams to securely expose model endpoints. + Implement features like **rate limiting, caching, and analytics** for API performance. + Integrate authentication mechanisms such as **OAuth2, JWT, and API keys** . + Monitor API performance and troubleshoot issues for scalability and reliability. + Stay updated on trends in **API management, AI integration, and cloud-native technologies** . **Required Skills & Qualifications** + **4–7 years** of experience in API development and management, with **2+ years in Apigee** . + Solid understanding of **REST APIs** , and exposure to **GraphQL** and event-driven architectures. + Hands-on experience with **Apigee policies** , custom scripts, and developer portal setup. + Familiarity with AI platforms (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Azure Cognitive Services). + Proficiency in **JavaScript, Python, or Java** for API scripting and backend integration. + Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** , **Docker** , and **Kubernetes** . + Knowledge of API security protocols like **OAuth2** and threat protection. **Preferred Qualifications** + Exposure to **Apigee Hybrid or Apigee X** on GCP. + Basic understanding of **AI model lifecycle** and MLOps concepts. + Certifications in **Apigee** , **Google Cloud** , or **AI/ML technologies** . + Familiarity with **API monetization** and developer experience best practices. + Awareness of **agentic frameworks** (LangGraph, CrewAI) and **multi-agent orchestration** . + Understanding of **Google Cloud networking, IAM, and monitoring** . + Experience with **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** using **Terraform** . **Soft Skills** + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Clear communication and collaboration skills. + Ability to work independently and contribute to team discussions. **Type de contrat:** en CDI _Chez UPS, égalité des chances, traitement équitable et environnement de travail inclusif sont des valeurs clefs auxquelles nous sommes attachés._
