Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer with over ten years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience healthcare or education and demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, creativity, and collaboration skills. The role involves developing and executing innovative interior design concepts for institutional and commercial projects. This requires working closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of interior design into overall project objectives. The position also entails preparing detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards, incorporating LEED, WELL, and other benchmarks.
Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.Minimum of ten years of experience in interior design, specifically in healthcare or education.Proficiency in Revit (required) and AutoCAD (preferred).Experience in project management and construction documentation.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.Experience in interior architecture and schematic design.Work Environment
Our work environment is a blend of hybrid and in-office settings, with two days working remotely and three days in the office. You will collaborate with a diverse group of peers and experienced mentors in a creative, team-centered atmosphere. We focus on higher education projects and are open to healthcare assignments. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
