We are seeking an Interior Designer to support our multi-family, mixed-use, senior living, and large-scale commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and contribute to projects from early design through construction documentation. We welcome candidates ranging from emerging designers to those with a focus on production.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and construction progress under the guidance of senior staff.Attend internal design meetings and client presentations, taking notes and assisting with revisions.Assist in maintaining the materials library and updating product samples.Support project teams during construction administration tasks as needed.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and Sketchup.Experience with interior design and construction documents.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.Understanding of corporate interiors, multifamily housing, and commercial interiors.Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, either in Art or Science.Additional Skills & QualificationsRelevant internship experience is preferred, especially in a commercial design firm.Skills in design, rendering, construction documentation, and space planning.Work EnvironmentThe work hours are from 9-6 or 8-5, with a preference for an 8 or 8:30 start time. Employees are required in the office 5 days a week. You will work in a Class A office space on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower, which offers a panoramic view. The office has been recently renovated, providing a modern and inspiring work environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
