Job Title: Interior Designer Job Description We are seeking an Interior Designer to support our multi-family, mixed-use, and large-scale commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and contribute to projects from early design through construction documentation. We welcome candidates ranging from emerging designers to those with a focus on production. Responsibilities + Assist in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, and construction progress under the guidance of Sr. staff. + Attend internal design meetings and client presentations, taking notes and assisting with revisions. + Assist in maintaining the materials library and updating product samples. + Support project teams during construction administration tasks as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup. + Experience with interior design and construction documents. + Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite. + Understanding of corporate interiors, multifamily housing, and commercial interiors. + Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, either in Art or Science. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Relevant internship experience is preferred, especially in a commercial design firm. + Skills in design, rendering, construction documentation, and space planning. Work Environment The work hours are from 9-6 or 8-5, with a preference for an 8 or 8:30 start time. Employees are required in the office 5 days a week. You will work in a Class A office space on the 18th floor of the 100 N Charles Tower, which offers a panoramic view. The office has been recently renovated, providing a modern and inspiring work environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
