Interior Designer

Job Description

The Interior Designer will play a crucial role in the interior design process across all phases of a project. This position requires leadership within a team to develop creative solutions, design project concepts, and actively participate in design charrettes. Responsibilities include programming, space planning for both small and large-scale projects, and interior construction detailing. The designer will also coordinate interior specifications, create conceptual designs, manage FF&E specifications, and lead presentations. Additionally, the role involves preparing and leading design and construction drawings and coordinating all trades related to interior building design.

Responsibilities

Lead interior design efforts through all project phases.Develop creative solutions and project designs.Participate in design charrettes.Handle programming and small to large-scale space planning.Possess working knowledge of interior construction detailing and specification coordination.Create conceptual designs and FF&E specifications.Prepare and lead design presentations.Manage construction drawings and coordination of trades.

Essential Skills

2-5 years of professional experience in interior design.Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Suite software.Knowledge of Building Codes.Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pursuit of NCIDQ and LEED accreditation.Rendering experience with Enscape, Lumion, or similar programs.Professional experience in healthcare design.Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
