Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Interior Designer with a degree and over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in healthcare and/or education design, with a proven ability to deliver exceptional design solutions for institutional and commercial projects. You will collaborate with architects and multi-disciplinary teams to develop and execute interior design concepts that seamlessly integrate with overall project goals. You will also prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections using Revit and AutoCAD, ensuring designs meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards, including LEED and WELL certifications.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute interior design concepts for institutional and commercial projects.Collaborate with architects and multi-disciplinary teams to integrate interior design into overall project goals.Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections using Revit and AutoCAD.Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability standards, incorporating LEED and WELL certifications.

Essential Skills

Over 10 years of experience as a degreed Interior Designer.Experience in higher education or healthcare design.Proficiency in Revit (required) and AutoCAD (preferred).Strong technical skills and project management capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.Experience in interior architecture and schematic design.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr.
