Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in interior components, is seeking an Interior Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Interior Assembly Technician, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the assembly line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location: Cresco, IA**
**Pay Range: $20.50**
**Shift: 1st**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform a variety of assembly duties within the Interiors Plant
+ Measure, cut, and install turf and rubber components
+ Install pre-created trailer components according to specifications
+ Position and assemble parts based on instructions, routings, and blueprints
+ Inspect all parts for cleanliness and flaws, completing reports if necessary
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, procedures, drawings, and blueprints
+ Proficiency in using tape measures accurately
+ Experience operating basic hand tools
+ Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature variations
+ Credential requirements: 100051, 100006
