Your goal will be to manage and lead the BD projects in plant Donauwörth  with focus on commercial projects and support of Engineering BD projects.

 

Responsible for BD project management of plant

1 Direct Report,  Process Engineer (currently vacant position)

Member of PLT of Donauwörth, reporting to plant director

Interface with Stakeholders both internal (Material Planning, Qualtiy, Engineering) and external (suppliers, Project teams)

How you will contribute

You will:

Hold clear, standardised workflows and interactions with other functions (e.g. PCM/R&D/Production) and ensure these are clearly aligned with these functions

Exploit feasiblity and opportunities to run projects, establish deep knwoledge of process and pack capabilities at platn

Provide input to the Regional BD Team via the regular MOR cycles,  ensure available capacity of the site to achievable number of projects with the resources available

Ensure the successful implementation of all approved change projects, taking the lead for all DON BD projects, interfacing with all stakeholders 

Lead a governance process to track all projects, identify risks early, and escalate appropriately

Be point of contact for all BD projects of the plant, interface with relevant stakeholders

Develop deep Knowledge of processes and packaging capabilities 

Ensure FPA and vertical start up , align with R&D for pilot trials and trials

Establish necessary procedures and communications

KPIs: # of change projects (currently 15), markets (3), volume 11.000 tons/year

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Proven experience as BD Coordinator/Project Lead experience in FMCG

Proven experience in project management

Good knowledge of the standard business tools

Fluent English, German nice to have

Relocation Support Available?

No Relocation support available, however for candidates voluntarily moving internationally some minimal support is offered through our Volunteer International Transfer Policy
