Job Description A partner of Insight Global is looking for an Interim Director of Revenue Cycle to join their team. This person will oversee Patient Access, Health Information Management (HIM), Billing, Coding, Collections, and Cash Posting while driving operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This leader plays a pivotal role in optimizing cash flow, reducing AR days, managing payer relationships, and elevating the patient financial experience in a rural healthcare setting. Skills and Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred). -10+ years of revenue cycle leadership experience; at least 3 years at a director‑level or higher. -Experience working in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) or rural healthcare preferred. -Strong understanding of Medicare/Medicaid billing, reimbursement models, and payer compliance. -Knowledge of ICD‑10, CPT, HCPCS, and EHR billing systems -Experience with Oracle Health (formally Cerner) -CRCP or CHFP certification.
