Job Description
This position is heavily focused on cleanup and reconciliation tasks within the general ledger, particularly involving SAP systems. Key responsibilities include GRIR balancing and resolution from system implementation to date, recalculating commissions, and assisting with lease accounting in accordance with IFRS16. The candidate will also support intercompany balancing and lease booking activities.
ResponsibilitiesPerform cleanup and reconciliation tasks within the general ledger, focusing on SAP systems.Balance and resolve GRIR issues from system implementation to date.Recalculate commissions as needed.Assist with lease accounting in accordance with IFRS16.Support intercompany balancing and lease booking activities.Create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel to facilitate financial reporting.Essential SkillsProficiency in SAP, particularly versions from 2022 or later.Strong experience in reconciliations, with at least 7 years of experience.At least 7 years of experience in consolidations/intercompany activities.5+ years of lease accounting experience.5+ years of experience in calculating commissions.Ability to create pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with S/4 HANA is a plus.Background in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.Work Environment
The role offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. You will have a flexible start time, beginning at either 8am or 9am, and will work an 8-hour day.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
