Overview

A Beacon Hill Client is seeking an Interim Accounting Manager to support a mid-sized company during a maternity leave coverage.

Competitive comp package with benefits and bonus upon completionProject is projected to be 6 months in length

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the audit processConsolidate financials for multiple holding companiesPrepare quarterly management reports for the boardHandle traditional accounting functions, including general ledger management and staff accountingPerform ad hoc financial analysis, including bank reconciliations and month-end close activities

Qualifications

Previous experience in an Accounting Manager role or higherProficiency with QuickBooks Online preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively with the teamExcellent communication skills; dynamic and personableAbility to interview and start as soon as possible

Work Arrangement

Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days onsite, 1-2 days remote, with potential for increased flexibility over time.
