Intelligence Auditor
**Description** SAIC is currently seeking an **Intel Auditor** to join our team at Fort Liberty, NC. **Job Duties:** + Responsible for monitoring the use of Managed Attribution (MA) systems by approved OSINT teams. Includes setting auditing policies, reviewing alerts generated by the auditing software, reviewing any potential violations of established policies and coordinating with Intelligence Oversight (IO) authorities to mitigate any Questionable Intelligence Activities (QIAs) + Oversees the management of all commercial vendor tool accounts, coordinates with vendors for the distribution and assignment of the tools. Coordinates with other US Army associated organizations to request tool accounts for supported Soldiers. Helps troubleshoot any issues, provides user feedback to vendors. Coordinates and schedules vendor tool training as requested to support USASOC units + Manages the hardware assets for the OSINT Program, to include conducting inventory and lifecycle management of all of the equipment related to the OSINT program at multiple tier levels + Issues MA accounts to users, conducts PW resets, runs all admin updates on the MA systems, distributes VPN accounts, tracks and maintains all MA User Agreements for the entire OSINT program + Updates all OSINT related Policy and CONOPS as needed in coordination with the OSINT Lead + Schedules and facilitates the Quarterly OSINT Review with subordinate units + Creates, coordinates and manages the training schedule with the training vendors and ensures units are aware of upcoming training + Responsible for the oversight of all contract staff at the USASOC HQ and some remote locations, to include signing timecards and expense reports + Responsible for onboarding all new employees, ensuring security, IT, training and other on-boarding tasks are complete + Coordinates a training path for every new employee to ensure that they are fully OSINT qualified within one year of starting + Works with the OSINT operations lead to ensure that all govt issued equipment is accounted for and functioning, coordinates transfer of assets, and helps complete admin paperwork to support training and travel **Qualifications** **Required Education:** + Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience; PhD and four (4) years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree **Qualifications:** + Experience as a planner, training coordinator or operations leader + Experience writing reports, briefings, etc + Experience providing direct customer support + Ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks with limited supervision and respond to short-notice tasking **Desired Qualifications:** + Have completed OS301 Basic Open Source Intelligence Course/OSINT Fundamentals Course, OS302 Advanced Tools and Tradecraft Course, CASO or equivalent training + Intelligence collection and/or analysis experience + Open Source intelligence (OSINT) experience + Knowledge of VMs and VPNs **Clearance:** + Candidate must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance REQNUMBER: 2512206 SAIC is a premier technology integrator, solving our nation's most complex modernization and systems engineering challenges across the defense, space, federal civilian, and intelligence markets.
