Job Title: Integration TechnicianJob Description

The role involves producing components by assembling parts and subassemblies, using hand tools and machines to ensure quality and precision. The technician will read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions to complete various assembly tasks.

ResponsibilitiesRead and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions.Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, screws, bolts, rivets, welds, solders, cements, and press fits to assemble parts.Mount assembled components, such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels.Connect component wires to circuits and between individual component leads.Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.Tend to machines and adjust or trim materials from components.Position or align components and parts using hand tools or machines.Conduct quality control checks and clean and maintain work area and equipment.Prepare work by studying parts lists and gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.Verify specifications by measuring completed components.Resolve assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications.Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs.Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Maintain inventory by checking stock levels, placing and tracking orders, and verifying receipt of supplies.Document actions by completing production and quality forms.Essential SkillsProficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints.Experience with electrical assembly and wiring.Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.Strong mechanical assembly skills.Proficiency in soldering and cabling.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with assembling and wiring new 5G concealment structures.Familiarity with tape measures and control panels.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
